What does your 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee mean?

Any product with a 30-day money-back guarantee entitles you to a free replacement or refund if your item breaks or you are unhappy with the quality of the product, all within 30 days of delivery.  

 

When will you ship my order?

All orders are subject to a processing and handling period before shipment, usually 1 - 3 business days.

You will then receive notification of shipment with full tracking information. In many instances, we are shipping from different fulfillment centers for optimum and shortest shipping times possible, meaning items from the same order may arrive separately.

Please allow 10-20 business days to receive your order, delivery times may vary depending on your country and product location. 

Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. ZABOS can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes to be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under all circumstances. ZABOS will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

 

Will my items be shipped in the same package?

To get orders to you as soon as possible, we may ship from different warehouses based on product availability and proximity to your address. This means items may sometimes arrive in separate delivery days and times.

 

How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within 1-3 days of your order, and can take up to 20 business days to reach your doorstep.You can track your shipment live on our website, and contact us if you have any questions.

 

What is your return policy?

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate your return please contact us by emailing help@shopzabos.com to receive your returns number and the designated returns address. Please do not return an item without contacting our team first. Any unauthorized returns may result in refunds being delayed.

Please include the returns number we provide inside the package before sending, so that the refund can be processed. If you don't include the returns number then we can't guarantee your refund can be processed.

All items must be in an unused, re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.

If your item is damaged, we may require a picture showing the damage before confirming that it fits our criteria for refund / replacement. In this case, ZABOS will cover return shipping costs.

If your item is in working condition, but you have ordered in error and no longer need the item, then you will only be eligible for a 70% refund of the total price paid. Also, in this case, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.

 

Why don't I see the same deal on your website as advertised on Facebook?

Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our followers. We don’t have control over this unfortunately, so we apologise for any confusion caused.

What happens if I receive the wrong items?

If there’s an issue with your order, for example it’s the wrong colour or defective, please notify us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Where are my items coming from?

To minimize our carbon footprint and to save you money, we ship our products directly from the manufacturer. These locations include the United Kingdom, China and the United States.

 

How do you determine your 'Compared to' price?

We get these prices from our wholesalers or from competitor analysis.

 

Do your prices include tax?

All checkout prices for Great Britain, Europe, Canada, Switzerland, and Norway include sales taxes; there are no additional fees to pay at all. All other prices are exclusive of local import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

In the US we are required to collect sales tax in certain states where we maintain a presence. As such, we charge sales tax on all orders shipped to the following states: AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, IL, IN, IA, KY, MA, MI, MN, MO, NV, NY, OH, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI. Prices for Great Britain and Europe include VAT. All other prices are exclusive of local import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

 

Do you sell wholesale?

No, we do not sell wholesale at this stage.
